It was not "A 2011 White Christmas" here in Concrete, Washington...
But the white, light, fluffy, lovely snow did finally fall!
ALMOST 2 FEET OF IT!
TONIGHT? Outside presents such "A Winter Wonderland!"
OH! To be surrounded by these mountains, snow-covered!
To be lifted up by these trees, heavy-laden!
To be studded-snow-tire sleighed down the all-white backroads!
And to find the white High Horse, stowed away in plain sight!
He wanders, eating the crystals, camouflaged into the woods!
Just like The Cheshire Cat in the tree of Alice's Wonderland!
High is hidden except for his black eyes and lashes, his black nose,
and the black inside his ears!
Out in the woods, you see the Arabian head-only,
moving slowly across the snowscape!
If you were here, I am sure you would smile at the sight of it all!

Our new guest at Our Hygiene Homestead in The Woods arrived on December 3rd. At first, she was dismayed to hear that she would be all alone after Kim would leave. But now? 18 days into her adventure with my assistance? We marveled at yesterday's progress report! We both agreed: "HOW NICE TO HAVE THE ENTIRE HOUSE TO ONESELF! AND HOW WELL THIS HAS WORKED TO MOVE FORWARD MOST SPEEDILY IN TAKING THE CORRECT NATURAL HYGIENE FAST -- WITHOUT THE DISTRACTIONS OF CHATTER-BOXES WHO HAVE NO INTENTION OF SETTLING DOWN BECAUSE IT IS JUST NOT IN THEM!"

#1 -- She is 5'4" and checked in at 205 pounds = too much. After a week on "my secret green drink" (I will tell you about in our next broadcast), she began fasting on water-only. On her 12th day today, she has dropped down to 185 pounds! WE ARE CELEBRATING! THIS IS WON-DER-FUL! Can you imagine how well she will look and feel if she stays the course to her ideal goals? She has a 28-day fast planned. I have offered her, when her 6 weeks of fasting and feasting are over, 1/2 price weeks if she wants to stay the course and get as good as she can get. It could involve a 2nd fast. It will certainly involve lots of exercise while eating and once her full strength is regained.

#2 -- Before deciding to come here, she had experienced high blood pressure -- as high as 245/105. Yesterday, during one of her checks, it was 124/75! CAN YOU IMAGINE HOW THRILLED SHE IS?
