ICY LIVE-FOOD GRANITAS
ON SIZZLING-HOT DAYS!
HOWDY AGAIN, LIVEFOODFACTORFRIENDS!

A cool drink will actually cool your core temperature! 
Your head, face & torso will actually feel cooler!
It is only for a brief moment. But it is very, very nice!
 FRIENDS DON'T LET FRIENDS GET TOO HOT!
 
THE ICY LIVE-FOOD GRANITA FORMULA
= juice + a good freezer + seconds of snow-plowing over
a 1 - 2 hour period!
 
 
DIRECTIONS =
Pour any yummy juice into any pan until about 1/4 inch or a little more deep. Let freeze about an hour. Go in & stir the freezing juice real good!
Let freeze another hour.
Go in & stir again & serve!
Squeeze a few drops of lime juice into your GRANITA!
 
LEAVE OUT ALL KNOWN POISONS...
  • LEAVE OUT... soft drinks 
  • LEAVE OUT... alcohol
  • LEAVE OUT... refined & processed sugars of all kinds
  • LEAVE OUT... chocolate
  • LEAVE OUT... sodium-chloride
  • LEAVE OUT... hot peppers & hot spices of all kinds
  • LEAVE OUT... milk & cream & other dairy products
  • LEAVE OUT... eggs, both yolks & whipped whites
  • LEAVE OUT... all else you know to be poisons!

  • BUT WAIT! If you Google "GRANITAS" -- you will, as I mentioned -- find many recipe writers with elaborate instructions & many colorful & enticing pictures. I have studied them a little more since last writing & found... THERE ARE MORE POISONS TO LEAVE OUT:

  • LEAVE OUT... canned juices
  • LEAVE OUT... SAD candies
  • LEAVE OUT... artificial food colorings & flavorings
  • AND FINALLY, 
  • LEAVE OUT... THE COOKING!  You can so much more easily prepare The Icy Live-Food GRANITA with Natural Hygiene Guidelines! Why poison up a perfectly good live-food dish that is totally wholesome with the toxic by-products of cooking? But they are doing it out there!

    2 parts cucumber juice to 1 part green grape juice + a squeeze of lemon juice to taste + a few fresh mint leaves to taste
    PROCEED WITH
    THE BASIC DIRECTIONS.

    GING-APPLE GRANITA
    VITA-MIX UNTIL SMOOTH:
    2 parts tart apple juice to 1 part celery juice to 1 part red bell pepper juice + tiny amount of fresh ginger juice to taste
    PROCEED WITH
    THE BASIC DIRECTIONS.

    GRANITA
    VITA-MIX UNTIL SMOOTH:
    2 cups carrot juice to
    1 teaspoon mild powdered curry
    PROCEED WITH
    THE BASIC DIRECTIONS.

    GAZPACHO GRANITA
    VITA-MIX UNTIL SMOOTH:
  • 3 cups tomato juice
  • 1 cup celery juice
  • 1 cup carrot juice
  • 1 cup beet juice
  • 1 cup green pepper juice
  • juice of 1 small onion
  • juice of 3 fresh cloves
  • juice of 1 small lemon
  • a few sprigs of cilantro to taste
  • a few sprigs of parsley to taste
  • BEFORE PROCEEDING WITH THE BASIC DIRECTIONS, COMBINE THESE JUICES IN A CLOSED JAR & REFRIGERATE OVERNIGHT.
    THEN PROCEED.
