Deer livefoodfactorfriends!
Our livefoodfactorfriend Bev Grose has  so kindly helped me with what I needed to get the search engines up & running for the guesthouse website. Within just weeks, anyone can punch in "health retreat" or "Natural Hygiene health retreat" or any number of such key terms and find Our Hygiene Homestead in The Woods. With my "lowest rates" on The Internet and with finally being able to be found, the 4 spots will fill up quickly, if my vision for the use of this place is clear. If you are planning a visit, please let me know so that I can best accommodate you!

REMEMBER SANDRA MANN
-- OUR "SCAREY HALLOWEEN SKINNY" LIVEFOODFACTORFRIEND?
I am happy to report that she
has gone up to a perfect 126 pounds!
NOW, SHE CAN STOP & ENJOY LIFE
LIKE NEVER BEFORE!
And Sandra & John have been helping their daughter go from 237 to 190 pounds
in just a matter of several weeks
of visiting them.
I have been giving a few short hours
of counsel in the process
while they turned their home
into a health retreat for the daughter!
WHAT A GRAND GIFT!
OH, HAPPY DAY!
PRAISE THE LORD!
FUN! FUN! FUN!

Like my husband says, "Pain is the Teacher."  If people aren't sick,
they aren't going to do different. We accidentally were given T.C. Fry's 12 cassettes one weekend and were amazed when we heard him say: "Sickness is the healing process!! [Victoria's Note: YES!
BUT IF YOU DON'T START DOING THE 10 ENERGY ENHANCERS, YOUR BODY
WON'T START THAT HEALING PROCESS!"]
It changed our outlook and lives.
Thanks for your encouragement and recipes!

#1 -- APPLEHAPPY SOOP!
INGREDIENTS:
4 large, cored apples, peeled or not & then chopped
4 cups apple juice
1 cup favorite nuts on hand
1 cup raisins
2 green onions, minced
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
DIRECTIONS: To make a stock, VITA-MIX the apple juice and nuts until smooth. In a large bowl, stir in the stock and all the remaining ingredients. Chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours to let the flavors mingle. Ladle into serving bowls. Garnish with sprigs of parsley and a few raisins on top! YUMMY!

#2 -- SWEET FROOT SOOP!
INGREDIENTS:
2 large, sweet apples, cored, peeled or not & then diced
1 large pear, cored, peeled or not & then diced
2 Hawaiian papayas, peeled, seeded & diced
1 cup blueberries
1 cup grapes, halved
3 cups orange juice
1 lemon, juiced
1 cup favorite nuts on hand... macadamias would go good here!
DIRECTIONS: To make the stock, VITA-MIX the orange juice, lemon juice, and nuts until smooth. In a large bowl, stir in the stock and all the remaining ingredients. Ladle into serving bowls. Garnish with thin-sliced orange and lemon rounds and with blueberries floating on top.

#3 -- MAKE-ME-MELON SOOP!
INGREDIENTS:
  • Shop for 3 kinds of melons -- any kind of melon will do! Cantaloupe, honeydew & watermelon are the easiest to find in the markets right now. Retrieve at least 4 cups of mixed melon meat cuts.
  • 2 cups orange juice
  • 1 cup grape juice
  • 1/3 cup lime juice
  • 3 Tablespoons fresh mint, minced
  • DIRECTIONS: Before retrieving the melon meat to make the stock, cut the melons open, take out the seeds and make about 20 perfect melon balls with a balling-tool. I have 3 different sizes -- medium and small -- and just stumbled onto a tool that makes tiny, adorable balls! To make a stock, retrieve the melon meat and place it in the  VITA-MIX with the grape and lime juices. VITA-MIX the stock until it is the consistency you want: chunky or sooper-smooth. Stir in the minced mint. Let chill in fridge for at least 2 hours for the flavors to get friendly! Ladle into serving bowls. Garnish with melon balls dropped into the soup mingled with mint sprigs on top.

    #4 -- COCOBANANA SOOP!
    INGREDIENTS:
2 cups of coconut water &/or coconut milk
    1 lemon, juiced
    4 nicely ripened bananas
    2 Tablespoons ginger root, peeled & fine-grated
    1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
    1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
DIRECTIONS: To make COCOBANANA, VITA-MIX all the ingredients until smooth. Let chill for at least 2 hours. Ladle into serving dishes. Garnish with grated coconut on top of the COCOBANANA, sprinkled with a little ground cinnamon. Further garnish with a whole, dried banana lazily laid inside each bowl with it s tail sticking up! VERY, VERY YUMMY!

    #5 -- VERYBERRY-YUMMY SOOP!
    INGREDIENTS:
6 cups fresh berries, 1 of a kind or mixed & FROZEN
    1 cup pineapple juice
    1 large lime, juiced
    1 grapefruit, juiced
    1 cup whole cashews
1 cup fresh berries, 1 of a kind or mixed & NOT FROZEN
DIRECTIONS: To make a stock, VITA-MIX the frozen berries and the 3 juices until smooth. Stir in the whole cashews. Top off each bowl with the fresh and NOT FROZEN berries. Finally, garnish the fresh berries with l sprig of parsley and a little lime zest! VERYBERRY-YUMMY!

    #6 -- APRIPRUNE SOOP!
    INGREDIENTS:
    30 prunes, dried & pitted + 30 apricots, dried & pitted
    1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
    1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
    1 Tablespoon ground cardamon
4 cups acid juice of choice: orange, pineapple, grapefruit, whatever
1 cup of almonds or nut of choice you have on hand
    1 large lemon, juiced
    1 large lime, juiced
DIRECTIONS: This will be a totally yummy, very sweet dish with a taste of sour from the lemon and lime! VITA-MIX all the ingredients until the consistency you want: a little chunky or very smooth and creamy. JUST CHILL OUT! The 3 mild spices need time to mingle with the rest of the yummy ingredients. And you need time to work up some genuine hunger!
