DEER livefoodfactorfriends!
 HAPPY VALENTINE'S DAY TOMORROW!

HAPPY LIVE-FOOD FUN 4 VALENTINE'S DAY... TODAY!
from The Wilderness Woman & The HighJoy Horse!
WE LOVE YOU!

BUT 1st -- AN UPDATE: WE'RE BACK! HOWDY, livefoodfactorfriends! I have missed you... and have been thinking of ya'll throughout my weeks since writing last. Have just finished the most productive period of my 25 years in getting ready to share so much info and inspiration with Global Health Seekers! Have put in long days, every day, for 6 weeks. Will have 4 new websites up for ya'll by the end of March and a FREE-E-BOOK-OF-THE-MONTH-CLUB with a new and FREE broadcasting newsletter called "www.4health4thebillionsfriends.org." Will start showing you these websites and have gifts for you throughout March! So, be sure to "OPEN ME!" whenever you see a letter from: victoriabidwell@aol.com. Plan to have regular newsletters from March on, since these hundreds of hours of Internet preparation will then be done.

I am also totally enjoying helping my latest guest at Our Hygiene Homestead in The Woods make a 6 weeks' turnaround! He requested my little, black PT Cruiser "limousine service" from the Sea-Tac Airport for his over-the-hill, over-the-weight, gout-ridden, broken-down body with "64 years of bad living habits under my belt!" And in just 18 days? 40 pounds -- GONE! He has already re-created himself into a great-weighted, good-looking, rejuvenated, Energy-Enhancers-educated Mr. Miracle-Man! And his visit is not even half over! WOW! He is going to go home with a new-model-body, vastly improved over what he drove in with!

And right now, Dr. Vetrno's daughter, Dr. Tosca Haag, is here for 10 days while we have a meeting of the minds and lay out a book we will write together on what Dr. Shelton didn't know back in his day that has resulted in a few major and many minor mis-teachings in our Natural Hygiene materials in our today. So, I have been busy... but soon, regular fun will begin for all of us with these new websites and a whole new group of friends to join up with when www.health4thebillions.org opens on March 1st!

For Live-Food Enthusiasts who want to celebrate Valentine's Day in a LOVE-ly, LIVE-ly food display,
here are some HEART-Y FUN FAVORS & FLAVORS!

#1 -- If you go to where I have posted "Our 40 Fun-&-Fancy Live-Food Fotos" up for ya'll to enjoy at www.naturecurerawfoodhealthretreat.com, you will see some spreads delightful for a Valentine celebration meal! Perhaps, 1 will  stir your imaginations if you visit -- especially where "Iron Chef's Plating Meets Wilderness Woman's Settings." There, I serve off-white banana-&-mango ice cream topped-off by bright-red raspberry syrup and, on the side, pink strawberry and cherry dust and freeze-dried banana rounds on huge white spoons! LOVE-ly & YUM-my!

# 2 -- Let us also factor in 2 live-foods connected with tomorrow: fresh figs and dried dates! When a fresh fig is cut open into halves or quarters, they are spectacular in design and detail... and loaded with Adam & Eve imagery! And dates? Well, romance and dates go together. Both figs and dates are very sweet, suggest  nurturing relationships, and are yummy... perfect for a Valentine's spread!

#3 -- To get a Valentine Day Drink, sweet in flavor and pleasingly-pink  in color,  just VITA-MIX whole raspberries, strawberries, and/or cherries into any one of these juices: apple, orange, green grape, purple grape or pineapple. Any one of these 3 whole fruits VITA-MIXED into coconut milk is also YUMMY to drink and a liquid Valentine to behold! Serve to a sweetheart in a fancy glass, and he or she will be swept away with yummy live-food FUN! The HighJoy Horse lives in close quarters to our kitchen. When he hears the VITA-MIX or The Champion Juicer at work, he hollers and hangs out, waiting impatiently for his share! Truthfully? He does not care about the fancy serving glasses: he just wants the sweet smells and heavenly tastes to flow!

#4 -- Let us list those live-foods readily found in our grocery stores that are either decidedly RED or WHITE or either -- on the insides or out! Then, think in terms of heart-shaped cookie cutters! They are easy to find in most department stores and in all art-supply stores that have a cake-decorating section. One-bite-full, tiny cutters are especially cute and wonderfully-suited for some of the veggies and fruits listed below. Following are  RED or WHITE foods you can cookie cut, dice, or shred and then work into salads, stuff one into the other, shred and mound on top of large or small slices or whole pieces!

HAVE FUN! USE YOUR IMAGINATIONS!
THAT IS WHAT THEY ARE FOR!

  • #5 -- HOLLY KALLNER'S UNCHEESECAKE TO LOVE FOR!
  • Little Holly Kallner stayed at Our Hygiene Homestead in The Woods and cured herself of advanced and painful colitis in 6 weeks. Then, while she sent her hubby Joe for a 6-week tune-up, she turned herself into a live-food chef and artist! She sent me delicious recipe! READ HER OUTRAGEOUS STORY at..."Our Guests' Best Stories" once you CLICK ON... www.naturecurerawfoodhealthretreat.com. I will have a spectacularly yummy picture of HOLLY'S UNCHEESECAKE for you next week... have to learn how to post these pictures first!

  • THE UNBREADED CRUST:
2 CUPS MACADAMIA NUTS,  SOAKED FOR AT LEAST 3 HOURS
1/2 CUP OF MOIST & PITTED DATES, PREFERABLY MEDJOOL
VITA-MIX the macadamias and the dates until a thick mixture forms that easily binds together. Take this mixture into your hands and pat it evenly down into the spring-form pan. Place the pan into the freezer to set.

  • THE UNCHEESE FILLING:
    3 CUPS RAW CASHEWS, SOAKED
    1/2 CUP LEMON JUICE, FRESH-SQUEEZED
    3/4 CUP AGAVE
3/4 CUP COCONUT OIL (WARMED UNTIL LIQUID)
1/2 CUP MOIST & PITTED DATES, PREFERABLY MEDJOOL
3 RAW VANILLA BEANS, THE VANILLA SCAPINGS FROM THE BEANS
In the order listed above, VITA-MIX the ingredients. With each ingredient added, VITA-MIX until the mixture is completely smooth and thick. Take the spring-form pan with the crust waiting in the freezer. Pour the Uncheesecake batter into the pan. Freeze the loaded-up pan for about 1 hour, until Holly's Uncheesecake is ready to hold up firmly in the slicing. It will then be ready to devour! Use your imagination for the topping!

  • You can simply top with whole raspberries, strawberries, or cherries.

  • Or you can VITA-MIX the raspberries, strawberries, or cherries with a little date sugar for thickener for a spreadable topping.

  • Or you can spread on the above topping & then place on top of that... raspberries, strawberries &/or cherries!

  • Or you can spread on the above topping & then decorate with a heart- shape using cashews.

  • So many decorations you can do! USE YOUR IMAGINATION! HAVE FUN!
