Of all The 10 Energy Enhancers, Right Temperatures seems the least important to the most Health Seekers. In fact, many prominent health educators, when listing "the basics of health," leave Right Temperatures out altogether! But I have studied all of Dr. Shelton's works and made my list and checked it twice! We may not think Right Temperatures all that naughty -- until it gets cold outside! I recall the winter I spent in British Columbia with HighJoy... in -13º Celceus nights! We lived on a trail ride ranch with 40 other very tough horses used to the cold. I went out one night in the full moon to check on the white High horse. He was laid out flat on the ground, and I could not see his  steamy breath! My body filled with dread, "Oh, no! If he is dead, he will also be frozen!" But -- alive and warmed-up by his hot Arabian blood -- he got up and let out a steamy snort that filled the night air with a fog. For a moment, he looked like a dragon! That winter, his treats fkept outdoors roze, too. He would not even eat his carrot popsicles! But he loves all these live-food formulas and foods warmed-up! And so will ya'll!

#1 -- Our Hygiene Homestead's Warmed-Up Nut Milk Formula
Take my Nut Milk Formula = 10 parts water to 1 part nuts + a piece or 2 or more of dried fruit to sweeten the drink to your liking. VITA-MIX until silky smooth. BUT USE WARM WATER TO START WITH! That's it! So simple. You do not want to cook the Nut Milk. And remember, VITA-MIXing will cook anything left on high long enough. So just go by the feel of the container. When it gets warmed-up, stop and serve and enjoy! If the warmed-up nut milk is steaming, of course, you went too far! With our Warmed-Up Nut Milk Formula, you can make literally hundreds of flavors! Change 1 ingredient = a whole new recipe! Change amounts of same ingredients = whole new recipe! SO EXPERIMENT! HAVE FUN! YUMMY!

#2 -- Instead of Hot Chocolate = Warmed-Up Carob Nut Milk
Just add enough raw carob to our above recipe -- enough to give it a rich chocolate taste to suit your 10,000 taste buds! Now, you can have our Natural Hygiene substitute for hot chocolate: live-food, no poisons, delicious, nutritious, and warmed-up! SOOOO YUMMY! The first time I made this -- just experimenting -- I got so excited, I started trembling! Imagine the possibilities! I could not wait to get the recipe into print and to call my GetWell Friends about it!

Now, if you have taken the picture-tour of "Our 40 Fun & Fancy Live-Food Fotos" at...
and if you have read "Our Guests' Best Stories" there, as well, you will have seen and read all about my famous, secret ingredient: RASPBERRY JUICE so thick you may as well call it: "RASPBERRY SYRUP!" I make BLACKBERRY JUICE and STRAWBERRY JUICE, too. Skagit Valley in Washington State is big on berries, so I always buy enough to make and freeze over 100 bottles -- for myself and for the guests. High hears the machines running and waits outside to get the seeds and pulp mixed in with his raw oats! You can make a facsimile of these juices from the frozen food department in your stores. Let me tell you... the Warmed-Up Carob Nut Milk with a generous dousing of raspberry juice drizzled in is absolutely heavenly to sip and savor!

#3 -- Warmed-Up Beverages
I am a very busy person! Sometimes, I will rise and shine and then work until 4:00 P.M. and get so engrossed in the work (FUN) that I do not even think about food! Then, I must run off to some place in my truck on an urgent errand. So, I will grab a frozen live-food drink about 1/2 hour before leaving and let it thaw out in hot water. I have gotten pretty good at knowing just when to pluck the bottle from the kitchen sink of cooling water! The drink is warmed-up perfectly. I dry off the bottle, wrap it in a warm towel, and get "on the road again" -- genuinely hungry and sooooo enjoying the warmed-up beverage!

#4 -- Our Hygiene Homestead's Warmed-Up Soups Formula
Now, again, if you have taken the picture-tour of "Our 40 Fun & Fancy Live-Food Fotos" at...
and if you have read "Our Guests' Best Stories" there, as well, you will have seen and read all about my greatly enjoyed variations of Unsplit Pea Soups and Corn Chowders and perhaps even made the recipes! The formula is simple: warmed-up ingredients + warmed-up VITA-MIX container + warmed-up bowls + guests ready to get warmed-up! The ingredients should be set out ahead of time so that they are at room temperature. The table should be completely set and the guests gathered around the table ready to eat as soon as the warmed-up soup is served. After all, that is the idea, isn't it? If we go to all this extra fall-der-all to serve warmed-up soups, then it goes straight from the VITA-MIX container to the bowls to the tummies! Next, prepare the ingredients and set them into a colander. You may use 2 or more colanders, depending. Then fill the kitchen sink with hot water, and set the colander(s) into the hot water. Large items such as celery ribs can just float around in the sink. As soon as the ingredients are warm, VITA-MIX them to get the soup-base consistency you want: chunky or creamy. You may first set aside a few chopped or diced or shredded to stir into the VITA-MIX soup-base. Either way, make the warmed-up soup and serve immediately! SOUP'S ON! GET IT WHILE IT'S NOT HOT -- BUT CERTAINLY WARMED-UP!

#5 -- Warmed-Up Crackers
I have not taken on the dehydration adventure -- yet. But raw food recipe writers tell me how they serve crackers right out of the dehydrator to capture that warmed-up feeling. Or they put the cold live-foods formerly dehydrated back into the machine to warm them up again. I can imagine that a dried and warmed-up banana would go pretty darn good  as a stir-stick and garnish with Raspberry-Carob Instead of Hot Chocolate! So -- use your dehydrator and your imagination! That's what they are for!
